Purchased credits never expire. Prices exclude tax. Tax is added at checkout. Failed videos are refunded in credits automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase — email support@ahhh.ai. Refunding an unused credit pack also removes the subscriber bonus issued with that pack. Canceling a subscription does not remove subscriber bonus credits already issued; those credits last until they expire. A subscription's first payment can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of the credits from that payment have been used. Otherwise cancel renewal and do not refund. The same rule applies to a yearly plan. After a refund, if your account no longer has a completed purchase that has not been refunded, only gifted and bonus credits (signup, check-in, and bonuses) are clawed back. Purchased credits never expire. ## Policies Sign in to generate a video. Uploaded photos and finished videos remain in your account's generation history for 30 days from when the video job is created, whether the video is generated through APIMart or Kie. After 30 days they expire and are removed automatically. The history entry stays and is shown as expired. Download the finished video and save it on your computer or phone. Music is the template's source clip, mixed in the browser. It is not model-generated speech. Photos of celebrities, public figures, and politicians are not supported. By uploading, you confirm this is your photo or you have permission to use it. To report a video or appeal a decision, email support@ahhh.ai and include the video file or its URL, or the template page URL. ## Key pages - [index.md](https://staging.ahhh.ai/index.md) - [features.md](https://staging.ahhh.ai/features.md) - [pricing.md](https://staging.ahhh.ai/pricing.md) - [privacy.md](https://staging.ahhh.ai/privacy.md) - [templates.md](https://staging.ahhh.ai/templates.md) - [about.md](https://staging.ahhh.ai/about.md) - [Templates](https://staging.ahhh.ai/templates) - [Pricing](https://staging.ahhh.ai/pricing) - [Privacy](https://staging.ahhh.ai/privacy) - [Terms](https://staging.ahhh.ai/terms) - [Refund policy](https://staging.ahhh.ai/refund-policy) - [Acceptable use](https://staging.ahhh.ai/acceptable-use) - [Contact](https://staging.ahhh.ai/contact) - [Blog](https://staging.ahhh.ai/blog) ## Guides - [5 Photo Tips for Better AI Template Videos](https://staging.ahhh.ai/blog/photo-tips): How to pick photos that turn into convincing videos: lighting, framing, one face per photo and more. ## Homepage questions ### What is this? A video maker built on templates: each template is a ready-made scene with its own moves, camera and music. You add photos, the AI puts the people in your photos into the scene. ### What photos do I need? One person per photo, with a clear, front-facing face and even light. You may only upload a photo of yourself or of a consenting adult. Do not upload a photo of a minor. Photos of celebrities, public figures, and politicians are not supported. ### How long does a video take? Usually a few minutes. You can leave the page — finished videos are saved in your account. ### How much does it cost? It depends on the template and the quality you pick. A 15-second Fast video at 480p is 450 credits; Premium full-length and higher resolutions cost more. Every template shows its price before you generate. ### What if a render fails? The credits come back to your balance automatically. You only pay for videos that finish. ### Are my photos private? Yes. You can download the finished video and share that file. Anyone with the media URL can view it. Uploaded photos and finished videos remain in your account's generation history for 30 days from when the video job is created, whether the video is generated through APIMart or Kie. After 30 days they expire and are removed automatically. The history entry stays and is shown as expired. Download the finished video and save it on your computer or phone. ### Is there a watermark? No. Every video you generate is watermark-free. Videos are generated through APIMart or Kie. ## Pricing questions ### How many credits does a video cost? It depends on the template and the quality you pick. A 15-second Fast video at 480p is 450 credits; Premium full-length and higher resolutions cost more. Every template shows its price before you generate. ### Do purchased credits expire? Purchased credits never expire. Failed videos are refunded automatically. ### Can I get a refund? Failed videos are refunded in credits automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase — email support@ahhh.ai. No. Waffo is the merchant of record and adds tax at checkout. ## Acceptable use Do not upload or generate pornography or other sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, any sexual content involving a minor, a manipulated likeness of a real person, or copyrighted music, characters or brands. A manipulated likeness of a real person is prohibited even if the person agrees. That includes putting one real person's face or identity onto another real person, nudity or sexual content of a real person, a kiss or an embrace of two real people, and making a real person say or do something they did not say or do. There is no exception. Report content and send appeals to support@ahhh.ai.
