# Pricing

Credit packs, no subscription: 450 credits ($9.90); 2,000 credits ($39.90); 5,000 credits ($89.90).

Waffo is the merchant of record for payments on ahhh.ai. Prices exclude tax, and tax is added at checkout.

Credits are not money. They have no cash value and are not transferable. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

## What one video costs

Prices for the launch templates are in [templates.md](https://staging.ahhh.ai/templates.md).

## First full video

The first Premium video at 480p costs at most 450 credits when that amount is below the template's regular Premium 480p price.

## Refunds

Failed videos are refunded in credits automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase — email support@ahhh.ai. Refunding an unused credit pack also removes the subscriber bonus issued with that pack. Canceling a subscription does not remove subscriber bonus credits already issued; those credits last until they expire. A subscription's first payment can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of the credits from that payment have been used. Otherwise cancel renewal and do not refund. The same rule applies to a yearly plan. After a refund, if your account no longer has a completed purchase that has not been refunded, only gifted and bonus credits (signup, check-in, and bonuses) are clawed back. Purchased credits never expire.

## Credit expiry

Purchased credits never expire.
