# Privacy

ahhh.ai turns your photo into a trending meme video. The site is https://staging.ahhh.ai. Privacy questions go to support@ahhh.ai.

## Photos and videos

Uploaded photos and finished videos remain in your account's generation history for 30 days from when the video job is created, whether the video is generated through APIMart or Kie. After 30 days they expire and are removed automatically. The history entry stays and is shown as expired. Download the finished video and save it on your computer or phone.

A copy of a photo you have not submitted yet can sit in this browser's IndexedDB during a sign-in or payment handoff, so the upload can be restored. That copy is removed when the video job is created.

If you include audio, your browser mixes the template soundtrack into playback and download. The mixed file is not saved on our servers.

You can download the finished video and share that file. Anyone with the media URL can view it.

## Processors

We use these processors: APIMart or Kie for uploading photos and generating the video, APIMart for reviewing photos, Cloudflare for hosting and R2 storage, Waffo for payments, Google for sign-in and analytics, and Resend for email. We do not sell personal information.

## Other records

A one-way hash of a verified signup email, not the email itself, is kept to prevent repeated signup bonuses. It is not automatically deleted on a schedule.

## Content rules

Do not upload or generate any of the following.

Pornography / NSFW.

Violence / gore.

Hate speech.

Child-unsafe content, including any sexual content involving a minor.

Impersonation and manipulated likeness of real people. All four of the following are prohibited:

Putting one real person's face or identity onto another real person, even if the person agrees.

Generating nudity or sexual content of a real person, even if the person agrees.

Putting two real people into a kiss or an embrace, even if both people agree.

Making a real person say or do something they did not say or do, even if the person agrees.

There is no exception.

Copyright / trademark infringement, including copyrighted music, characters, and brands.

You may only upload a photo of yourself or of a consenting adult.

Do not upload a photo of a minor. A parent or guardian may not upload one either.

Photos of celebrities, public figures, and politicians are not supported.

By uploading, you confirm this is your photo or you have permission to use it.

Permission to use a photo does not allow any content prohibited above.

Prompts are preset. You cannot type a prompt. Each photo is checked before a video is rendered. If one photo fails the check, no video is made and the credits are returned. The video provider runs a safety filter on the photo and on the finished video. A person reviews reports.

Finished videos are AI-generated. If this policy changes, we will announce the change before it takes effect.

## Deletion requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold. Email support@ahhh.ai from the address on your account. Local law may give you more rights, including a complaint to a data protection authority.
