Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers photos you upload, videos the service generates, and finished-video media URLs.

Do not upload or generate any of the following.

Pornography / NSFW.

Violence / gore.

Hate speech.

Child-unsafe content, including any sexual content involving a minor.

Impersonation and manipulated likeness of real people. All four of the following are prohibited:

Putting one real person's face or identity onto another real person, even if the person agrees.

Generating nudity or sexual content of a real person, even if the person agrees.

Putting two real people into a kiss or an embrace, even if both people agree.

Making a real person say or do something they did not say or do, even if the person agrees.

There is no exception.

Copyright / trademark infringement, including copyrighted music, characters, and brands.

Sexual content involving a minor, terrorism and mass violence, and the four forms of manipulated likeness above are not allowed, even if the people agree. There is no exception.

You may only upload a photo of yourself or of a consenting adult.

Do not upload a photo of a minor. A parent or guardian may not upload one either.

Photos of celebrities, public figures, and politicians are not supported.

By uploading, you confirm this is your photo or you have permission to use it.

Permission to use a photo does not allow any content prohibited above.

Prompts are preset. You cannot type a prompt. Each photo is checked before a video is rendered. If one photo fails the check, no video is made and the credits are returned. The video provider runs a safety filter on the photo and on the finished video. A person reviews reports.

Email support@ahhh.ai with the video file or its URL, or the template page URL. Content involving a minor, or a real person's likeness used without permission, is taken down within 24 hours and then reviewed. Other reports are handled within 3 business days. Someone reads the mailbox every day.

We can remove the content from ahhh.ai. We can pause generation, close the account, forfeit remaining credits with no refund, and report to the authorities when the law requires it.

Email support@ahhh.ai to appeal. We reply within 10 business days. The review is done by someone who did not make the original decision.

Finished videos are AI-generated. If this policy changes, we will announce the change before it takes effect.
