Refund Policy

Failed videos are refunded in credits automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase — email support@ahhh.ai. Refunding an unused credit pack also removes the subscriber bonus issued with that pack. Canceling a subscription does not remove subscriber bonus credits already issued; those credits last until they expire. A subscription's first payment can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of the credits from that payment have been used. Otherwise cancel renewal and do not refund. The same rule applies to a yearly plan. After a refund, if your account no longer has a completed purchase that has not been refunded, only gifted and bonus credits (signup, check-in, and bonuses) are clawed back. Purchased credits never expire.

To ask about an unused credit pack, email support@ahhh.ai and include your order number.

A chargeback, or a ban for breaking the rules, forfeits remaining credits. Those credits are not refunded.
